I tried to follow the instructions online - none of them work.
Basically.
Go to Service Message with key in ON position, but engine not started.
Hold in 0 Button on left side of instrument cluster panel for up to 30 seconds.
Go to Reset in Menu.
Confirm Yes by holding button in for 3 seconds.
I never get the first beep. I have held the 0 button for two minutes - nothing.
One website said "If the past due message is displayed, you must wait until the Overdue Message disappears. Then hold the 0 button in." This does not work, either.
The B Services I need done are all accounted for. The service tech forgot to reset it. Now I get this bleeping message every few miles.
Anyone know the secret?
Here are the steps I used recently on my 2016:
No idea why they made it so hard or so different for different models/years. Must get kickback from service departments.
I was able to see the url you posted by hitting Quote here (as if to Reply). It took me to a long list on YouTube (I assume it's the top video on that list), but those are the instructions I've already tried. And I never get the initial beep that he shows.
So I can never get to the point where you select any options to reset anything. Thanks for trying.
Since the reset is part of the fixed-price Service B (or A), then perhaps a return to the dealer to have them finish the job you've already paid for?

Basically.
Go to Service Message [did you scroll to the wrenches] with key in ON [number 2 position] position, but engine not started.
Hold in 0 Button on left side of instrument cluster panel for up to 30 seconds. [beep]
Go to Reset in Menu.
Confirm Yes by holding button in for 3 seconds.
I never get the first beep [guess didn't start with wrenches] . I have held the 0 button for two minutes - nothing.
